YEAR-ROUND CONTROL

One system. Your temperature.

Cool the house when it’s hot. Warm it when it’s cold. Modern air conditioning gives you precise control over individual rooms throughout the year.

Just right.

Cooler nights.

Warm when you want it.

COOL

Summer, sorted.

Bring bedrooms, home offices and living spaces down to a comfortable temperature when the house heats up.

HEAT

Warmth on demand.

Air conditioning is also an efficient air-to-air heat pump, giving you fast, controllable heating whenever you need it.

DRY

More comfortable air.

Dehumidification can reduce excess moisture in the air and make warm, humid conditions feel considerably more comfortable.

YOUR ROOMS

Where would you like it?

Sleep through summer.

Quiet cooling can make hot bedrooms significantly more comfortable without leaving windows open all night.

Comfort where everyone gathers.

Keep the busiest room in the house comfortable on hot summer afternoons — and add fast heating when you want it.

Work at your temperature.

Small rooms full of people, screens and equipment can heat up quickly. Individual climate control puts you back in charge.

Use it for more of the year.

Garden rooms can become very hot in summer and cold in winter. Heating and cooling can make them genuinely usable year-round.

Room-by-room control.

One outdoor system can potentially serve multiple indoor units, giving different rooms independent temperature control.

NOT JUST FOR SUMMER

Air conditioning is a heat pump too.

A modern air-conditioning system can reverse its operation to provide efficient heating as well as cooling.

That makes it particularly useful for spaces where you want fast, independent temperature control — bedrooms, offices, extensions and garden rooms, for example.

Cool in summer. Warm in winter. One system.

Multiple indoor units can be connected as part of a wider system. Each room can have independent control, allowing you to heat or cool the spaces you’re actually using.

A NEAT INSTALLATION MATTERS

The details make the difference.

We’ll plan the position of the indoor and outdoor units, condensate drainage, electrical supply and pipe routes before installation begins. Where possible, services are routed discreetly and external containment is positioned to keep the finished installation neat.

CONTROL

Your home. Your temperature. From anywhere.

Compatible systems can be controlled from your phone, allowing you to change temperature, modes and schedules without reaching for the remote.

Warm the office before you start work. Cool the bedroom before you go upstairs.

SOLAR + AIR CONDITIONING

When the sun comes out, so can your solar.

The hottest, brightest days are also when a solar system can be producing significant amounts of electricity.

If you already have solar — or you’re considering it — we’ll look at how air conditioning fits into the wider energy setup of your home.

COST

What affects the price?

The biggest factors are how many rooms you want to heat or cool, the equipment selected and how straightforward the installation routes are. A simple single-room installation can be very different from a multi-room system across the whole home.

We’ll survey the property and provide a clear quotation for the complete installation.

GOOD TO KNOW

Air conditioning questions.

Does home air conditioning heat as well as cool?

Yes. Most modern systems are reversible heat pumps, allowing them to provide heating as well as cooling.

Is air conditioning expensive to run?

Running costs depend on the system, room, temperature setting and how long it operates. Modern inverter-driven systems modulate their output rather than simply running at full power continuously.

Is air conditioning noisy?

Modern indoor units can operate very quietly. We’ll consider noise particularly carefully when specifying equipment for bedrooms and other quiet spaces.

Do I need an outdoor unit?

Most domestic split air-conditioning systems use an outdoor unit connected to one or more indoor units.

Can one system cool several rooms?

Yes. Depending on the property and requirements, a multi-room system can connect several indoor units as part of one installation.

Can I power air conditioning with solar panels?

Solar generation can contribute towards the electricity being used by the air-conditioning system when the two coincide. We’ll consider it as part of your wider home-energy setup.
